We will deliver as below:

- Standard Delivery: delivery within five to seven working days

- Express Delivery: order by 3.00 pm for delivery on the next working day (there are certain postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales stated under Express Delivery). An express delivery order placed on a non-working day will be delivered on the second working day.

Note. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order to PO Boxes.

No. The Bosch Spare Parts online shop only delivers to the US.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout off of the delivery zip code.

You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is handed to our transport provider. The transport provider may provide a planned delivery date and time indication (if you have provided a contact telephone number as part of your address details).

Parts can be returned for refund of part price by returning the part freight prepaid to: Bosch Power Tools, 173 Lawrence 428 Dock #3 Walnut Ridge, AR 72476. Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging. Sorry, returns on electrical parts cannot be accepted. Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice in your return to expedite reimbursement.
