Orders And Returns

If there is an issue with your order or you would like to make a return, please contact us via the below options:

Phone or email. Contact Bosch Customer Service by phone 1-877-267-2499 or email tools@ca.bosch.com. Please provide your name, address, order number, phone number and email address.

Parts can be returned for a refund of the part price by returning the part freight prepaid to: Robert Bosch Inc. ATTN: Spare Part Return, 6955 Creditview Road, Mississauga, ON, L5N 1R1.

Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging. Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt in your return to expedite reimbursement.
