When will I receive my order?
We will deliver as below:
- Standard Delivery: delivery within five to seven working days
- Express Delivery: order by 3.00 pm for delivery on the next working day (there are certain postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales stated under Express Delivery). An express delivery order placed on a non-working day will be processed on the second working day.
Note. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order to PO Boxes.
Does the Bosch Spare Parts online shop offer international delivery?
No. The Bosch Spare Parts online shop only delivers to Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout off of the delivery postal code.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is handed to our transport provider. The transport provider may provide a planned delivery date and time indication (if you have provided a contact telephone number as part of your address details).
How can I return merchandise purchased?
Parts can be returned for refund of part price. Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging. Returns on electrical parts cannot be accepted. Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice in your return to expedite reimbursement.
